Cyclone is an atmospheric phenomena that include two things whirl wind and low pressure in its centre. cyclone is large air mass that rotate around the low pressure centre these rotating wind is termed as whirl wind.

Rotation of cyclone around its Centre depend on the its origin of hemisphere that means is this cyclone originate in Northern hemisphere are than it will circulate around the centre in Counter clockwise while if it will originate in Southern hemisphere then it’s rotation will be clockwise around its centre.
On the basis of distance from the equator it is also of two type if it happens within the tropical region it is term as the tropical cyclone and if it happens beyond the tropical region this is termed as extra tropical cyclone.
Why there is a frequent occurrence of cyclone near the Tamilnadu Orissa
Tamilnadu and Orissa have a long coastal area which is connected with the Bay of Bengal and Indian Ocean which is a very big water mass on the earth comprising of various phenomena happening in it continuously that’s why we see frequent occurrence of cyclone near its coastal area of Odisha and Tamilnadu.

When the ocean water heated up by the sun they get evaporated and goes into the sky due to which there is a lack of air water in those area that results in very low atmospheric pressure and surrounding its are very high atmospheric pressure that drag the water and air from the high atmospheric pressure to as the law atmospheric pressure that generate high rotating air mass around the weak centre of low air mass.

Cyclone Diana is originating in Bay of Bengal reason and moving toward the Orissa coast and it is about to hit it very hard. Government is advising people to activate their houses and belongings from the coastal area and move towards the central land so that no loss can be happen in those area where it will impact.

For the determination of the name of cyclone 8 and joining country came together to propose some name as per their interest these names are recommended before and this name are accepted and sequenced in such a manner that each countries name get its chance after another in same manner each country suggest a name in this way all the name will be 64 and 64 name will be termed if any cyclone happen in future they will be named after these 64 proposed name
How strong a cyclone can damage public life
Cyclone have very powerful destructive potential that will generated through the air mass and water mass that hate the coastal area very badly which results in loss of human life cattle and many infrastructure which result in the loss of development and it create physical psychological and mental issue among the people living near the coastal area.
Government do anything for the betterment and Rehabilitation for the affected people
First of all government try to minimize the effect of cyclone and give the quick response and disaster management team to the factor area so that people can be evacuated safely and rehabited them in a safer zone if some how anyone get a lot of loss than government compensate some part of their loss by disaster management relief fund in this way people get some benefit of government intervention and mitigation of the cyclone in the affected area.
